Order and Shipment Info

 

Note:

Local pickup orders and shipped orders cannot be completed in the same transaction, and additionally you must place individual orders for each desired arrival date and/or for shipment to multiple destination addresses. In these instances you must place separate orders for each order type (pickup vs shipped) and for each arrival date and/or delivery address where you would like an order delivered.

 

Local Pickup Orders

Local Pickup orders are only available at the location selected during checkout only during the specified day and hours for that location. Specific pickup location availability can vary weekly throughout the season. Local pickup orders are available for pickup the Saturday of the week in which the order was placed at the selected farmers market pickup location. For this reason local pickup orders will be disabled on the website by 2pm the Friday before market. Orders must be picked up the week in which they were ordered, and orders can not be placed weeks in advance.

Athens Farmers Market

Location: Bishop Park, 705 Sunset Drive, Athens Georgia 30606

Orders may be picked up from Athens Farmers Market during normal Saturday market operating hours (8am-12pm) from the Lazy Summer Farm market booth. See the Athens Farmers Market webpage for additional information about the market and policies. Please arrive 30 minutes before market closing.

Marigold Market:

Location: Pittard Park, 115 Parkview Rd, Winterville Georgia 30683

Orders may be picked up from Marigold Market during normal Saturday market operating hours (10am-2pm) from either the Farmer Co-op booth or the Lazy Summer Farm market booth. Flower Ordering and Nationwide Shipment

Remember flowering branches are a perishable product! We ship all of our flowering branches Fedex Priority Overnight so you can receive them as soon as possible and at the highest level of quality and freshness. To help this during your checkout process you can select a delivery date when you or your recipient will be home and able to get them off your doorstep and into a vase as soon as possible. You can sign up for SMS alerts so you know the moment your package has arrived! Remember, only our flower orders are shipped overnight, so if your order contains non-perishable items they will be shipped separately. You may choose an arrival day for your order of Tuesday through Friday during checkout depending upon when you place your order that week. We are unable to accommodate weekend delivery for overnight orders.

We stand behind our products so, if your order is damaged during transport, please document with photos (contents and box, if damaged) and email these to us and we will replace or refund your order. We always include a few extra stems with each order just in case some are damaged in transport. However, we are not responsible for neglect or theft after your package arrives so sign up for those delivery alerts! Also, please be sure to enter your correct address during the checkout process as flower orders that are shipped to an invalid/incorrect address cannot be refunded.

If you will be ordering shipments to multiple addresses or for several delivery dates, you must place separate orders for each destination/delivery date. We do not ship flowers to Alaska, California, or Hawaii. In rare cases we may have to cancel your order at the last moment if unforeseen weather or natural events interfere with our ability to fulfill orders. We will notify you and provide a refund if this were to occur.

 

Requests and Cancellations

We are unable to take orders in advance or special requests for shipped orders. We are a small farm with limited staff that prevents us from doing special orders for shipment.

To cancel an order please send us an email with “ORDER CANCELLATION” in the subject line the day before your order is to be shipped. Notice that this is different from your arrival date. All flower orders are shipped overnight and we cannot refund or cancel an order once it has left the farm for delivery.
